Rachel Elnar
CoFounder & Director
Rachel Elnar is a creative producer, art director, writer, and educator with more than two decades of experience designing events and communities. While completing her MFA, she managed restaurants—an early training ground in hospitality that later shaped her hosting style and teaching methodologies at Cal State LA, Cal Poly Pomona, and ArtCenter. She co-founded Ramp Creative, an award-winning design studio, launched TypeEd, and has served as both a board member of AIGA Los Angeles and a current AIGA National Board Member. At Adobe, she produced Creative Jam LIVE, where over 100,000 designers and students participated annually, and today she leads Together By Design and co-hosts the Cheers & Tiers podcast.
Heather Lynn
CoFounder & Producer
Heather Lynn is a producer and operations leader with a background in film and television who has built a career leading large-scale digital events. Early in her career, she produced films and branded content for companies including Madison + Vine, Blu Yam, and Vertical Networks, where she created youth-focused series for Snapchat Discover. At Adobe, she scaled event programming from 28 to 61 shows a year, saving more than 50 team hours per quarter, and served as Line Producer for Creative Jam LIVE, where thousands of designers and students participated worldwide. Known for her operational excellence and thoughtful leadership, Heather balances rigor with care—both as a leader and as a mom.
We design digital experiences for the world’s leading creative communities like AIGA, Adobe, and the Hoffmitz Milken Center for Typography at ArtCenter College of Design.
