The Diagnostic is a structured review of your event program—how it’s designed, how it’s delivered, and how it’s experienced by the people it’s meant to serve.

We use our STREAM framework to evaluate your program across six dimensions.

  • Does your program have a clear purpose and a defined audience?

  • Are your content choices relevant, useful, and interesting—or just safe?

  • Does your program have intentional structure, or just a schedule?

  • Do participants feel oriented, included, and cared for?

  • Do you have a real feedback loop, or just a post-event survey?

  • Does your program have a life beyond the live event?

Here’s What’s Included

1. Intake Questionnaire

Before we meet, you’ll complete a structured set of questions about your program. Takes about 30–45 minutes. This is where we do our homework so the session is useful from minute one.

2. Review Session — 60 minutes, live

We walk through what we found. What’s working, what’s broken, and why. You’ll leave with clarity you didn’t have before — and a clear sense of what needs to change.

3. Diagnostic Report

Delivered within 72 hours of your session. A short, direct document that includes:

  • What’s working (and why it matters)

  • What’s broken (named clearly, not softened)

  • The gap (what this is costing you)

  • Quick wins you can implement immediately

  • The path forward (what it would take to fix it)
