Coaching for leaders when clarity and structure matter.
You know how to run a workshop. You’ve shipped webinars. You’ve built teams. But now the stakes are higher, the scope is bigger, and winging it isn’t an option.
We help teams design programs, events, and systems that work—with clarity, feedback, and direction.
A Quick Reality Check
TBD Coaching is for you if:
You’re running webinars that lose people, and you’re not sure where or why
Your digital events require you to personally hold every piece together or they collapse
You’re stuck running one-off events with no system to build momentum or repeat them
TBD Coaching is NOT for you if:
You need someone to build the entire thing while you watch from the sidelines
You’re optimizing for vanity metrics instead of customer experience and revenue
You’re collecting advice to feel productive instead of actually shipping anything
What To Expect
Sessions are 75 minutes.
You choose your coach.
We work on the thing you’re actually building.
You leave with decisions, structure, and next steps.
This is the work. This is not a discovery call.
Choose Your Coaching Option
OPTION 1
Clarity Session
75 minutes · $350
One focused working session with a single coach to diagnose, decide, and define a path forward. Best for:
Fast clarity on a specific problem
A second brain to pressure-test your thinking
Direction and next steps without a longer commitment
We’ll diagnose what’s stuck, make decisions together, and map next steps you can act on immediately.
OPTION 2
Continuity Package
3 x 75 minutes · $950
Designed to move from diagnosis to recommendation to path forward, focused on a single area of work with the team of coaches. Best for:
Help diagnosing a complex problem that won’t reveal itself in one conversation
Clear, informed recommendations based on your real constraints
A credible path forward to execute yourself or hand off to a team
Time to pressure-test ideas before committing resources
We go deep in one area. This package does not attempt to fix entire systems or organizations. If broader or ongoing work is needed, we’ll discuss consulting options separately.
